Metallica – Hardwired

The first offering from the eagerly awaited new Metallica album ‘Hardwired…To Self Destruct’. The twelve track album, their first since 2008’s ‘Death Magnetic’, is released on November 18th and is also available as a 3CD ‘Deluxe Edition’.

Against The Current – Young & Relentless 

A new video taken from Against The Current’s début album ‘In Our Bones’. The band’s entire UK Tour has sold out but if you’re lucky enough to grab a ticket you can see them at Nottingham’s Rescue Rooms in September or Birmingham Asylum in October.

The Dead Daisies – Join Together 

The Dead Daisies take on The Who’s ‘Join Together’. The track is taken from their latest album ‘Make Some Noise’ whilst the footage is taken from the band’s performance at the Woodstock Festival Poland.

Motorowl – The Highest City (Part 1)

Up and coming German band Motorowl with a track from their new album ‘Om Generator’ which is released this Friday (26th August)

Illustr8ors – Your Animal 

Illustr8ors, formerly known as BlackWolf, with a track from their self-titled début EP  released on 14th October.

More top notch blues/rock from Joanne’s forthcoming album ‘Wild’ released on 30th September.

Epica – Universal Death Squad 

Epica also release their new album ‘The Holographic Principle’ on 30th September from which this lyric video is taken. The band embark on a European Tour in 2017 with a UK date in London in February.

BLAST FROM THE PAST

Peter Gabriel & Laurie Anderson – This Is The Picture (Excellent Birds)

Originally appearing (in a different form) on Laurie’s album ‘Mr Heartbreak’ in 1984, this track was reworked for inclusion on Peter Gabriel’s ‘So’ album in 1986. This video contains a unique mix of the track found on neither album.
