Sumer have been making waves in prog circles over the past 18 months. Cherry-picked to play the Hobgoblin New Blood Stage at Bloodstock, Paul Castles got in the groove with the Londoners just before their spellbinding set.
“The first review of our album came in and it was just amazing. Since then we’ve not had a bad one yet. There were some concerns about whether we’re heavy enough for Bloodstock. There’s no warpaint or screaming! We’re a family friendly band.”
