Flying the flag for the Black Country at Bloodstock were Martyr De Mona one of several Midlands bands to make their mark at Catton Park this year. Paul Castles caught up with the trio just after their impressive set on the Hobgoblin New Blood Stage.
“The Wolverhampton music scene is buzzing at the moment. All the bands seem to support each other at events like the Midlands Metal Crusade. We’re already looking forward to our big Christmas show at the Slade Rooms in December. I might wear my Santa hat!”
Martyr De Mona play at The Roadhouse in Birmingham on 30 August.
