London hardcore mob Hang The Bastard were one of the most energetic bands to appear on the Sophie Lancaster Stage at Bloodstock. Paul Castles caught up with co-vocalist Joe Nally who regaled him with some suitably impressive drinking stories from their recent Euro trip!
“Now we’re really getting to grips with how to be a festival band. Normally a band like Bastard you’re in a dark dingy room but now we’re really getting to grips with being a festival band. I probably feel more comfortable playing the big festivals thesedays because we’ve played so many over the last couple of years. Sonisphere, Download, big shows supporting Sabbath. We’ve just got used to it.”
