NEW RELEASES

The Rolling Stones – Hate To See You Go

The Rolling Stones return with their first studio collection since 2005’s ‘A Bigger Bang’ on 2nd December. ‘Blue & Lonesome’ is an entirely blues based album and this cover of Little Walter’s ‘Hate To See You Go’ is a taster of what to expect.

Sirenia – Dim Days Of Dolor

Norway’s Sirenia follow up last year’s ‘The Seventh Life Path’ with ‘Dim Days Of Dolor’ which was released last week (11th November). Here’s the video to the title track.

Retro Youth – Hometown Homesick

Blending elements of rock, pop and funk are UK rock trio Retro Youth. This track is taken from their forthcoming album ‘B.R.A.V.E’ which is set for release next year.

Tyketto – Kick Like A Mule

A new video taken from Tyketto’s recent album ‘Reach’. Catch the band at Nottingham’s Rescue Rooms or Bilston’s Robin2 in January next year.

Magenta – Devil At The Crossroads

Welsh progressive rock band Magenta release a live DVD ‘Chaos From The Stage’ this Friday (19th November). It was filmed at The Assembly in Leamington Spa in November last year & is a bit of special one for me as I was there that night!

Words Of Farewell – Gaia Demise

A new video from German metal band Words Of Farewell who release their third album ‘A Quiet World’ on 18th November.

BLAST FROM THE PAST

Marilyn Manson – This Is The New Sh*t

With the dark, compelling trailer of the ‘Say 10’ video appearing on You Tube on the day of the US Election, this week’s ‘Blast From The Past’ goes back to this killer track from 2003’s ‘The Golden Age Of Grotesque’.
