Turbowolf are proving that they were born for the road as the psychedelic riff monsters announce their most epic UK tour to date, as if the gargantuan festival run wasn’t enough. This will be the bands first EVER headline tour of the UK and will see them going into London’s Garage in Highbury.
The band have completed a massive festival run including Download (where the crowds were spilling out of the tent!), Dot to Dot and Germany’s Metalfest.
The lead up to the tour from here consists of 13 more festival dates that will include Bestival, Hurricane/Southside, and Greenfields Festival in Interlaken, as well as supporting Wolfmother at Indig02.
It’s already clear that touring has sharpened this beast’s already lethal teeth; Download was proof enough of that. Come October, Turbowolf will be a positively unstoppable musical force to be reckoned with.
Turbowolf’s trophies haven’t come solely from tours and gigs. Read and Write, the second single taken from their mind blowing debut album, received daytime airplay on BBC Radio1 from Huw Stephens and the video for the third single Let’s Die made MTV Playlist. However, its the incredible live show that has got everyone talking. Be sure to get involved and catch the band in their element: on the stage, smashing riffs and blowing minds.
