Maid Of Stone Festival are pleased to announce Glenn Hughes, the former bassist, and singer of Deep Purple, known to millions as the ‘Voice of Rock’, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee will headline Maid of Stone on Saturday 22nd July 2023.
Glenn will perform classic Deep Purple hits in a special celebration of the 50th anniversary of the seminal album ‘Burn’.
Also appearing on 22nd July will be our Special Guest Orange Goblin.
The event will open on Friday 21st July with a special Opening Night Party.
Headliners The Treatment will bring their unique brand of fun rock n roll an exciting lineup that also includes the loudest band in rock (and we mean loudest in colour) The Hot Damn! and Fury with their electrifying blend of hard rock and heavy metal mayhem.
The evening will begin with the world-famous Rockaoke band, offering Maid of Stone attendees the chance to perform all the classics with a live rock band on a festival stage.
Maid of Stone features such diverse artists, such as Kris Barras Band, Robert Jon & The Wreck, The Hunna, Phil Campbell and The Bastard Sons (playing a much anticipated Motorhead set), Tygers of Pan Tang, The Cold Stares alongside highly regarded up-and-coming artists like Chantel McGregor, Florence Black, Elles Bailey, Kira Mac, Collateral, Bad Touch, Gin Annie, Black Spiders, Nitroville, Jordan Red, Tident Waters, Outlaw Orchestra, Brave Rival and Sons of Liberty.
Special guests Skindred will also be bringing their unique sound to the mainstage Sunday – to make the crowd move like only they can.
Bringing both world-renowned international and British Rock artists to the County Town of Kent with cask ales, the best in worldwide street food, amazing entertainment and camping/glamping options – there really will be something for everyone!
