Cannibal Corpse announce tour with Devildriver

Just back home from a 5-week European tour in support of their new album Torture and on the jump again for another five weeks of touring through North America, CANNIBAL CORPSE have now confirmed their return to Europe for February 2013!

CANNIBAL CORPSE will be co-headlining with DEVILDRIVER withCANNIBAL CORPSE finishing all mainland European shows while DEVILDRIVER will finish the UK dates. Support acts will be announced shortly.

The latest studio album from American death metal icons, CANNIBAL CORPSE sold approximately 9,594 copies in the United States in its first week landing the band at #38 on the Billboard Top 200 Chart, making it the highest debut inCANNIBAL CORPSE history! Torture landed at #7 on the Billboard Top Independent Album Chart, #4 on the Billboard Top Hard Music Albums chart and #32 Billboard Top Current Albums Chart.

In Canada, Torture ranked in at #29 on the Top 200 Current chart, #2 on the Hard Music chart and #90 on the Digital Album chart.

The record also slayed all in its path overseas, entering the German and Austrian Top 100 charts at #40, the German MSH charts (Media Markt and Saturn stores) at #33, Switzerland’s Top 100 chart at #72, Sweden’s Top 100 chart at #37, and Denmark’s Top 100 chart at #84. The album also entered the national album charts in Finland at # 35 and the independent record store charts at # 7.

Torture sold 1,215 units in its first week in the UK and ranked an astounding #5 on the UK Metal chart, #18 on the UK Indie chart and #126 on the UK Top 200 chart. Torture pummeled Benelux and France as well entering their Top 200 charts at #157 and #129 respectively.
