Midlands’ melodic metal outfit Winter Storm performed on the Jagermeister Stage at Bloodstock. They spoke with Paul Castles about playing at the extreme metal festival meant to them, forthcoming recording plans and exactly why they spent a morning clambering up Clent Hill.
‘What I love about Bloodstock is that everyone’s together – it’s more like a metal community than just a festival. You just don’t get that same feel at the bigger commercial rock festivals.’
