Swedish warlords Enslaved produced a seismic performance on the main Ronnie James Dio Stage at Bloodstock. Currently conquering most metal festivals across Europe, the band’s guitarist and co-founding member Ivar Bjørnson took time out to give Paul Castles all the latest news on the band.
“We’re really looking forward to our UK return in September. It’s our biggest ever UK tour and we’re playing with Grand Magus. If you look up the definition in an encyclopaedia under the word ‘metal’ there’ll be a picture of those three guys, having a beer! So that’s going to be fantastic.”
